Sri Venkateswara Temple Tirupati — Electrical Systems Upgrade

The Sri Venkateswara Temple complex in Tirupati, which receives over 50,000 devotees daily, is running on an electrical infrastructure that is over 40 years old. Frequent short circuits have been reported in the inner sanctum corridors and the temple’s food distribution halls. The upgrade project will replace all underground wiring, install energy-efficient LED lighting across the entire complex, set up a dedicated solar panel array to offset 30% of the temple’s energy consumption, and install modern fire detection systems as per current safety codes.
