Welcome to TempleSetu, a digital platform owned and operated by Sanatana Digital Ventures. By accessing, browsing, registering, or using TempleSetu and its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms govern your use of TempleSetu, including but not limited to the AI Spiritual Guide, Dream Setu Plus, Group Pooja, Multiple Seva Requests, website content, mobile experiences, and related services. 5. Group Pooja and Multiple Seva Requests

TempleSetu may facilitate participation in Group Poojas, Sevas, temple offerings, and other devotional activities conducted by participating temples, priests, organizations, or service providers.

  • Submission of a request does not guarantee acceptance or completion.
  • Execution timelines may vary depending on temple schedules, festivals, holidays, and operational constraints.
  • Users are responsible for providing accurate devotee details, sankalpa information, and special instructions.
  • TempleSetu acts primarily as a facilitating platform and may rely on third-party temple or religious service providers.

6. Bookings, Payments, and Refunds

Certain services may require payment before processing. By making a payment, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the specified amount.

  • All pricing and fees displayed on the platform are subject to change.
  • Refund eligibility, if applicable, shall be governed by the specific service policy.
  • Services already rendered, completed, initiated, or scheduled may not be eligible for refunds.
  • Processing fees, gateway charges, and third-party service charges may be non-refundable where permitted by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on TempleSetu, including text, graphics, logos, branding, software, website design, AI-generated templates, images, videos, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to Sanatana Digital Ventures and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sanatana Digital Ventures, TempleSetu, its affiliates, employees, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or spiritual outcome-related damages arising from:

  • Use or inability to use the platform.
  • AI-generated responses or interpretations.
  • Group Pooja or Seva scheduling delays.
  • Third-party service interruptions.
  • Data loss, technical failures, or unauthorized access.

All services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of TempleSetu shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnatka, India.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on the platform with a revised effective date. Continued use of TempleSetu after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
